I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The tube stations were close by, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The room was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning had a great selection. it was a great experience.
The only downside was the rear entrance of the hotel, which could use some improvement.
